Morano & Sambrizzi - Abogados represented client Wúru, a company that develops technology to transform the healthcare infrastructure, in its Series Seed financing led by Meridian Street Capital. Ciro Ventures and Bonim Corp also put money in the round.

In the announcement of the transaction, CEO Luciano Tourn said: “With the new financing we received, we will be able to continue our expansion in Latam and Spain and hire the best talents to develop data products to drive operational excellence at healthcare providers".
